A 50% deposit of the total rental cost is required to secure and reserve your event date. Your reservation is not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The remaining 50% balance is due one week prior to your scheduled event date. All payments must be made by the specified due dates to keep your reservation active.
DELIVERY & SETUP
We provide professional delivery and setup to help make your event experience seamless and stress-free.
Complimentary delivery is available for orders of $700 or more within our standard service area.
For orders under $700, delivery fees may apply based on the distance from our location to the event venue.
For locations more than 20 miles away, a delivery fee will apply, regardless of order total. Delivery fees are calculated based on total mileage and event requirements.
Your applicable delivery fee will be provided and confirmed at the time of booking.
CUSTOMIZATION
Make your celebration uniquely yours! Customization is available for an additional $50 per attraction and allows you to personalize select rental items to coordinate with your event theme, colors, or desired aesthetic.
Customization requests must be discussed and approved prior to booking. Additional fees may apply for extensive or specialized customization requests.
